So as some of you may know I had a selling thread for the Designer Snow White for a friend and she just delivered the pin to me. However o.o there are indeed weird thin lines across the dress like the enamel or w/e it is coated over the yellow part started splitting.
She assured me she didn't do anything to it since she got it and had it in a box next to her pin collection hat (added a picture of her collection just for fun lol)

Here is a picture of the lines. It's really hard to photograph. lol I notice a thumb print on the right side XD.
Also, yes, I did photoshop the background out LOL I'm in desprate need of a manicure...didn't know how bad my hands looked until the camera ZOOMED IN high def on the skin and nails...eck!

Anyway! Here are some other pictures:

Can hardly see it in one and in the other you can't see it at all o.o.

Now what's really weird is that the glue defect is completely gone -.-; totally not there anymore. Either the cold weather must have made it seal or this is a completely different pin lol.

It's been more than just chilly here in the bay area so I thought "maybe my pins were affected too" sure enough, I look at my Designer Ariel and while her dress doesn't have splitting thin lines...some of the holes that were clearly visible from just glancing at it aren't as prominent anymore (they're still there) however only if you tilt it in the light the right way you can see them again but before it was noticeable even in a semi-dark room, which isn't the case anymore. (Does this mean it will show again when the weather warms up? T_T)

While this is great on some levels, I'm kind of scared my Jasmine might start getting lines like Snow White, so does anyone know how cold weather affects pins?
My room isn't freezing 24/7 but at night it does get REALLY cold and we don't have a heating system, the only heating system I use to sleep is lots and lots and lots of blankets lol.

Thanks!
