I was reading something on the Disney pin trading site saying you can order pins, 2 per sale. Does that mean they can be delivered to your hotel room while you are staying in the parks? anyone know, or have any experiences doing this? thanks!

Do you mean pins on ODPT? If so, I do not believe they can be sent to your hotel room, as they usually take 2-3 weeks to mail out to you once ordered. I did that once with the first set of Star Wars Vinylmation pins and it took a month to get them.
 
If you're talking from a private person, yes, but the private person has to use UPS or Fed-Ex. NOT the regular postal service (USPS)
