Can you read Chinese? (Translating HKDL Pins)

I'm adding these 2016 Chinese New Year pins to Pinpics and I'd like to include translations of the symbols. Can anyone translate these? (Also, just curious - do HKDL pins use Cantonese or Mandarin?)

I studied Chinese at Uni, so have dictionaries to translate these proverbs at my dad's house. But won't get them until the weekend.
They speak Cantonese in HK, but the pins are written in simplified Chinese (HK usually use traditional Chinese characters).

Well, I have a start for you. I work with a nice guy who transferred from Japan a couple years ago. He wrote each character with the translation in two seconds flat. It is the literal translation but each is a New Years greeting. He did not know one of the characters. Also, he thinks the last picture is some kind of stamp and not a message.

Okay, I asked mom to translate and here goes:

Left one: Welcome Spring and Receive Good Luck
Right one: Dreams will come true

Left one: Flowers blossom bring wealth & prosperity
Right one: Year of the Monkey (mom was surprised at this, because this is the year of the chicken/rooster)

Right One: Happiness will fill your house
