Can't find this Mickey pin on pinpics. Help please?

Can't seem to find this on pinpics. The distinguishing feature seems to be the wavy stripes. Anyone know which pin it is?

I found a lanyard medal that looks just like it, but no pin..wondering if it's on pinpics?

I haven't found it, and I don't have it in my collection. I am pretty sure I have every version of patriotic Mickey head...that is on Pinpics.

Maybe there was a pin like the cast lanyard medal # 16216? What is on the back of the pin?

Yep, it looks just like that lanyard. Maybe it had come with a pin originally?
