This looks like a pin I got from my pin pal in Japan, and I do not think it was ever added onto pinpics.

I couldnt find it either before i traded it to u it might be a newer pin from japan.. the pins from there seem to take a while before they hit pin pics
 
I know I've seen this pin before, but when I just went to look for it, I found nothing. Maybe it was on ebay or a sale thread that I saw it?
