When do the usually announce this type of info? Is it going to be organized or is it a mad chaos rush to go to each store to see where the pins are? They have 3 stores in Cars Land that sell Merch. My guess is Sarge's Surplus Hut or Radiator Springs Curio's?? I think Ramone's will be mostly apparel related. I wonder if they will have the opening day pins elsewhere like DTD, the hotel gift shops, Fly 'n Buy, or even Disneyland?
 
There are over 300 new pins that will be released through the parks. They showed a good handful of them at the Annual Passholder events last april. I know. I worked the event x_____X M<any of the pins have to do with cars characters dressed up as disney characters, in different lands along with tons of Route 66 merch and a ton of things for the Mad T Party. Thought I think they only showed three pins for the TParty.
 
OK, so apparently for just the 15th (DCA's reopening day) they will be turning the animation building into a merchandise location. There will be opening day exclusive merchandise. The pins appear to be limit 1, even the mystery set.

I like a lot of the pins, but with greater than One More Disney Day crowds expected, I'm not sure how willing I am to go wait in line for them.
 
My only issue with the mystery set.. it's ONE box per person... how are you going to put the set together if you only get 2 of the pins!
 
These are all being released in the Animation building on June 15th. the limits say 1 per person on some items. They do this to help a lot of people get ahold of some of the pins.
 
Wow! Spectacular collectables ... oh to have burried treasure or a money tree to keep me in the Disney Pin Style I could definitely become accustomed to! LOL!!
 
I like all of the pins, will get my limited 1. That's crazy, only 1?? The only one I'm not crazy over is the LE1000 Walt one. The prices on everything is just too high. $50 for a painted tile? $55 for 9" vinylmations? Go ahead and keep that crap.

I am also bummed the mystery set is limit 1. That is so stupid. Guess I'll have to try and trade for the 18 others I am going to need. STUPID!!!
 
I really think it must be a mistake that the Mystery Set is labeled "Limit 1".

It is a limited release, not limited edition.

ETA: It's possible they mean one flat (10 boxes) per customer.

I am going to be hopefully going to the opening day release - I probably wont be getting one of everything - once i figure out what I do want I will post a thread if anyone wants any of the others :0)

When they say "Animation Building" do they mean the building with Talk to Crush and the Toy Story Zoetrope? Seems odd they wouldn't just use Stage 17 or whatever that was. Maybe they want to get people inside the Animation place to advertise it and increase future foot traffic?

I hope so Just in case my Daughter's runs a sports complex Sponsored by Disney so her and 8 of her friends are going with me to make sure i get the complete set plus get some trading pins of the LE
I need a money tree there is going to be alot of pins released from what I have seen I am over $500 in cars pins $200 for the myster pins alone Its what I get for being a cars pinatic.

They mean 1 box per guest
if you like standing in lines for hours you can go through the line 10 times
