Hi again, there's just a few things to check before going forward. What's your browser? Mobile browsers, even ipads and android based devices, are blocked due to settings. If you are using a computer, You may want to see if you have Java enabled and the most updated version. Also, what is your connection? Is it your own or elsewhere. Some Wifi hotspots block memory intensive programs like flash and java.
