OMG that's exciting! I was just there last month for the Imagination Gala and loved it! For being a first time being in Orlando, I'd chose the right resort x)
Just like Magpie mentioned, the boat is the best transportation to get to DTD. Plus I love eating at Float works and love the view of the river. Have an awesome trip!
 
Damn man, I wish I could go. I really do!! I hope you guys have a blast!!! Instead I have to dress up, sit down in a church, watch two people get married, hand out business cards in case they or their friends need a divorce attorney in the future, and generally try to get drunk so the night goes by fast! (Damn weddings! #littlekidtantrum)
