D23 Ultimate Disney Store Fan Event

Did anyone get to purchase at the Disney Store D23 Fan event this morning? It was strange because my number was in the 2000's but still got in quickly. But then the problems arose and was unable to check out. However, I did get back in after being locked out and my items were still in the cart. Eventually, I was able to purchase some of them. I am assuming that they will probably be canceled but I am hoping for the best.

I was about 500 behind you

I never did either but tried signing into DS and was put directly into the queue.

I got the one boxed set I wanted after being 44,000+ in line and getting an error message when I got through. I had to refresh a few times to get it to work once I was admitted but it eventually got me there.

I got in but kept getting error messages about not authorized to access even when logged in. Gave up and came back later but everything I wanted was sold out.

This was one of the few times that I actually had some good luck with the virtual queue experience. I received some error messages too and missed out on a couple of the pins I was interested in. I was luckily able to get some other items that were the main priority for me this morning though!

I am glad that Disney decided to release some of the expo merchandise online this year. It’s nice for people who can’t make it to the D23 event in person to have a chance to purchase items from these collections at the regular price.

I am just seeing this thread now. My number was 500ish. I got in no problem. The pins weren’t all displaying immediately, but did fill in over a few minutes. I never got any error messages.

I got the Alice theater, BatB film Jumbo, Animation Desk set A, Animation Desk B and The Little Mermaid model sheet.

Wouldn’t let me add the Sorcerer Mickey model sheet, so that was my cue to check out.

My number was in the 2000’s but I was still able to get Animation Desk set A, Animation Desk C and The Little Mermaid model sheet. Were these pins available at D23 as well? If so, Disney Shopping couldn’t have had many sets.

I went to the website about half an hour before the queue began and by the time the queue began, I was 30,000+ in line.

My main goal was to purchase the Midnight Masquerade Designer Anastasia & Drizella and Jasmine & Aladdin doll sets because I didn't want to have to pay eBay prices. I am so happy that I was able to buy them directly from Disney!

The Belle and Beast and Ariel and Eric filmstrip pins were sold out when I tried to add them to my cart. I was able to purchase the Jasmine & Aladdin filmstrip pin though. It's really nice!

I also managed to get the Ichabod Crane & Headless Horseman light-up figure set and the Haunted Mansion raven shoulder plush. I'm very impressed with the figure set. The figurines are huge, and the quality is excellent.
