It's still worth something, being that it's a chaser, but the value unquestionably took a hit. The question is ... how much? That will depend upon how badly scratched it is. If you are planning to trade it through the mail, you need to disclose that this vinyl is damaged and be prepared to provide pictures in case people ask to see the extent of the damage before agreeing to a trade. I'd think you would want them to see how damaged it is *before* the trade so nobody can claim to have been mislead and ask for a trade-back if he/she is unhappy with the quality of it upon receipt.
Seeing as the Urban 5 series still is currently in production, I think the damage will hurt the value quite a bit. Even though the chaser is the hardest to find, it still is in production, so people still can buy it - even if there only is a 1 in 24 chance of picking getting it without buying the whole box - and some people may opt to try to buy it or trade elsewhere instead of trading for a known damaged specimen. However, once this series retires and this chaser becomes more scarce than it already is, it's possible that the value on your damaged one might increase (not to that of a mint one) simply because of the diminished supply that can't meet the demand for it.
That being said, at the end of the day, a vinyl only is worth what someone is willing to give up, be it in $$$ or other vinyls, to acquire it.
