Days and times to meet scoop Sanderson! on Main Street

I know that a lot of people have asked when is the best times to be on Main Street to meet scoop. I recently came back from meeting him and he gave me his business card with the times on that he's there so I thought it would be a good idea to post it on here so everyone knows the days to go to meet him here's the card he had given me

I absolutely love Scoop! He's so friendly to every pin trader he meets! Any time you go see him ask for the latest news!

The cast member who portrays Scoop is an active pin trader/collector. I always bring LE pins to trade with him from the West Coast Disney sources - DSSH, DLR, WDI - that he might not have easy access to.

I think that sounds like such a cool job. But then it also seems like you would have to be made of stern stuff. I imagine Scoop interacts with some intense people at times.

People, please, if you intend to trade with Scoop, don't take eBay counterfeits. I wish we could get more access to AP pins here on the west coast. Crappy pin events, no Disney run boards at PTN's and poor selection at D23 days at WDI. They haven't done a hat for had board in over a year I think. And now they threatened to axe D23 @ MoG all together. I know we get a lot of nice pins, but I wouldn't mind getting AP's for the collections I like. I've send WDI pins to friends in Florida to trade to Scoop. Hopefully I can meet him some day and he'll have a cool Tomorrowland AP pin or something else cool for me.

PinPics brought him out to Anaheim in February 2013 during the Disneyana Fan Club's Disneyana Collectible Expo at the former Crowne Plaza GG, now Wyndham Anaheim-GG. There was a breakfast meet and greet, a trading session and a talk by the CM who portrays Scoop. He also traveled and met with the San Diego area pin traders.

The turnout was low.

He is the kindest and nicest person I have met in a long time. I was so happy to finally meet him.

I got to meet him again and trade with him a couple weeks ago! He gave me (and signed) his special Continuing the Tradition pin and I told him what HM I was looking for that I wasn't able to find on any other lanyards in WDW and he went in his pin stash behind the scenes and found it for me. Word to the wise, Scoop very much appreciates friendly traders. He does not like to trade with you without making a proper introduction and getting a "may I trade for that pin please."
