Disney character state pins

Hello,

I really want to start collecting the disney character state pins however most of them are either on ebay for a ridiculous price or aren't on ebay at all. Does anybody have any tips where you can find them?

I would say just try to trade for them, but I also have another question: Which series are you talking about? Three different ones came to my mind:

100 Years of Dreams (Example: 29965)
12 Months of Magic (Example: 12219)
From DLR/WDW (Example: 14962)

Are you talking about any of those state pins, or a different one?

the pins from DLR/WDW are hard to find I traded for some but bought the rest on the bay when they were a lot cheaper good luck finding them

The series from the parks are out there, although it would require patience. Last year, when I got back into online trading and Ebay I picked up the last one I needed (New York) and then I realized my Maine had fallen apart. I got both of them on Ebay in the $5-$10 range. But I had to wait for the right auction, got outbid a few times, etc. Not all states are available all the time. I've also seen a few here and there when people have been selling their traders.

I think the states are easier than the alphabet series that came out around the same time. I've been trying to track the last few of those down over the past year too. I'm down to 5 and it's hard enough to even find one I need for sale, let alone for less than $15. Although, I did find 2 at a second hand shop for $3 each in December to get me down to 5. Made my day, that's for sure!

Which pins. The ones with all of characters are hard to find. I used to find the on lanyards at Dlr.

I am looking for the DLR 14962 type pins. I have seen some on eBay for less than $10 but some for $60 which was :O so I'm gonna keep looking. Unortunately England sucks for Disney pins and the Disney store rarely supply american style pins- we never got the 110th anniversary pins which sucked...

I'm in England- which geographically kinda sucks ummm depends what your interested in I have lots of Lion King and a few other characters like the UK sword editions I have two of them and some stitch, Bolt, Aristocats, Up kinda stuff
