I am not sure if this information has already been posted here on the form. I do know there were flyers given out a month or so ago at DLR. They now have it posted online. If you would like to see them online, please click HERE.

really? how long ago were these written?

"In California, these location etiquette guidelines currently apply to the designated pin trading areas at Disney’s Pin Traders at Downtown Disney®District, and Little Green Men Store Command and Westward Ho Trading Co. in Disneyland®Park."

interesting, considering there haven't been tables Downtown or at "the 'Ho" for years now and, as of today, the tables at LGM are gone.

it's likely that the precise reason for losing tables (in both parks) has been bad behavior (poor etiquette) by too many traders at the parks (most of whom are/were well-known to other traders and, sadly, to many guests as well). I've "preached" for years about etiquette and conducting oneself appropriately when trading in the designated areas, and have tried to set "a good example," but the last year or two I usually feel like Custer at The Battle of the Little Bighorn.

About a month ago, I did obtain a hard copy of the rules. I did see the post regarding the tables currently not being located in front of LGM. I am not certain if there will no longer be pin trading. I plan to go to pick up a pin today before I go to class, and I will inquire at City Hall to see if pin trading has been suspended temporarily or permanently.

Looks like it was posted in April of 2009. I have always said they should come enforce the rules from time to time. Especially the 1 bag per trader rule. Some people make it a living going to parks with 5 bags sprawled out and take up a table for the entire day. I have kind of stopped trading at the parks about 8 months ago. I got tired of the people that just parked all day, often almost impossible to trade with anyways or you'd see them just try to take advantage or get the upper hand on every single trader that came over. So many people just have DSF pins at DLR too, I already have those, so it was just a waste of time and energy to lug in my backpack full of pins to end up trading nothing.

I like meeting new traders and trading at odd places here and there aside from the designated tables at Epcot. Some favorites? In the alley off Main St (MK) just after the jewelry store. In Frontierland/Liberty Square behind the buildings where Tiana hangs out. There is shade, walls, benches, etc. I always wear a lanyard and often wear a button that says something like "I Trade" in big letters. So I get a lot of impromptu action.
