Hello
Did anyone who ordered pins on Monday 11-28 thru disneystore, have you received confirmation yet that your pins have shipped?
I am still getting a NO we have not shipped or even processes your order yet.
I called the 800# and he said that my order is in the process of being processed and it does not show anything yet about shipping , or what pins I will be getting, he said the Halloween Stitch pin (which I ordered) shows that it is sold out but does not say on my order that I am not getting it, but again nothing has even been processed yet
anyone else having some problems with their order?

I ordered one of the Scrooge Christmas Carol pins (go figure, LOL) and while I do not have a shipping confirmation, I do have a finalized PayPal receipt where they debited the money in full, as well as credit from EBates for the order. I figure they might just be slammed right now

I think they may not have all the pins that I ordered, I have a pending sale on my card, but it has not been processed yet. I also ordered the christmas carol pin, it looked so nice, couldn't resist it.
I ordered 8 pins which is really not a large order.

Just wondering if anyone else is having probems with the store, I called again asking about my order and the person I talked to today said it should ship out by Wed or Friday at the latest that it now takes 8-10 business days for them to even ship the package, and then they ship by ups ground, and then the ups gives it over to our local usps office, so it takes about 10-11 days once they ship the items before I receive them, for a total of 3- 31/2 weeks before I will get this order, I mentioned to her that I would have a problem with ordering anything else from them that is a christmas present because there would be to great of a chance that I would not receive the order in time, and she said oh yes you can order anytime before the 16th and you will get it on time, I said to her "you just told me that it now takes 8-10 business days to fulfill an order" how in the world would you get it to me by the 24th of Dec. when according to you disney will not ship the order until the 24th. Why can't they just say I don't know what the problem is.

I placed an order for two pins on the 28th and received shipping confirmation yesterday (Dec 2nd). I have noticed that they have slowed down on order processing, since Thanksgiving.

I did place that order a tad after Midnight. So if they are processing in order, you should hopefully be getting yours very soon.

Disney online has really gone downhill this year. Shipping went from 3-1/2 weeks to almost a month to get something. It's very sad that they don't seem to really care anymore about customer service anymore. The shipping is slower than ever and this is after they said that moving their warehouse would speed things up. It has to be a really special me for me to order from them anymore. The 110th Legacy did me in with Disney online.

yes they are awfully slow, it will now take an average of 3 1/2 weeks for me to receive an order, but if I feel the price is right and like the pins I will have to be happy with that, seems like the shipping and handling area could be greatly improved, free shipping is nice, free is not so nice when you have to wait close to a month to get the items, Since most pin traders know how to wrap & package pins for mailing, it can be rather frustrating to see the waste involved with their shipping department, huge boxes which cost way more than shipping in a flat rate priority mail free box. which we get a whole lot sooner than their normal ups ground service.
