Hi all, I have a friend going to DLRP next month. Do the cast members wear trading lanyards like they do at DLR and WDW? She's wondering if she should pack her trader pins??

Yes, And the have a board by Haringstons and sometimes by the Pinokkio Restaurant.
But most of the pins on the CM lanyards are scrappers or Refresh Lanyard(Those are really cool)
Please don't let her bring scrappers to paris (we have them enough haha)
P.s. is she going to the PTN?
 
Scrappers. Oh I traded quite a few pins last Dec I will have to check mine. Thanks for the tip. BTW if the cast members know they are scrappers, why don't they take them off the lanyards.
 
no they dont remove them, I got a tron pin off a board and it was severly damaged with paint coming off and it was only just traded befre I got it, wasnt happy at all.

Also to note, CM's can be a little rude when trading, and if your friend is like me and lets the cm's pick off her lanyard then tell your friend not to bother as quite a few just dont care and are moody, where as some are happy to.

There is harringtons which has a open edition board aswell as a board for LE's, PTN, PTE etc so two boards.
 
I traded at Harringtons in Dec, I had a few pins CM ones, but to be honest there was not much on it in the way of LE's just 5 or 6 ones that were not that wonderful, but I remember Patrick telling me he was not working that week and his board would not be out

so Im assuming she is going to March, and Ive not seen a post in reagards to an event for march so if there is a PTN it would be 30th March as thats the last friday (they are the last friday of the month) unless its the 23rd March.

She doesnt have to register just be there before 1pm and sit around and wait as when the queue starts to form (I really mean just a crowd) then she has to be quick to get near to the front of the group as its like a stampede to get a ticket lol and the queue might start at like 3pm to go on sale at 6pm hence why she would have to get there early (just in case she is there for the PTN)

I will be in Disneyland Paris March 11-13
im going to bring a small trading bag. I will have Disneyland Ca pins.
l don't have current pins, but they are all traders NO scrapers or fakes

Well, I only go to Disneyland Paris once or twice a year, but the times I've been there I found a lot of pins on with cast members lanyards wich I was really pleased with, and they allmost all where very pleased when I let them pick one from my lanyard. Offcourse there are allways some scrappers at every parc but I wouldn't say all scrappers. I traded for a few rackpins too and when on my last visit my own tradebels where gone I just bought a few 19 Euro sets of 4 pins to trade.
And I'll be in DLP 12-14 of March, so if you want to meet Alicia, just let me know

we have 2 small stores where you can buy pins,
Harringstons in mainstreet where you can buy collectibles and pins
and Pueblo pintrading post, It's only open some weekends and after ptn's and pte's
