When they have a pin release like the Designer Princess Pins Im not sure how that works . Iv'e heard people say they come out at 12:00 on sundays. What i'm not sure is do they let you know which sunday before they come out or when they're going to come out ? Do you just have to stay up every sunday till midnight checking if they came out ? How exactly does that work ? This is going to be my first set Im waiting up to buy so I don't want to miss it . Im looking for advise from the experts . Any help would be greatly appreciated .

There's never really an announcement or anything, and it can be OTHER days than Sunday, I've heard, and there's no set time when it's random days, so one never knows. You likely are best waiting up until 12 PST every sunday for it if you want them that much.

I know I will be. I am hoping it will be this Sunday so they're not released while we are all at D23, but knowing my luck. Heh. There's a TON of us waiting for these pins. I hope the sharks don't get them before those of us who want them for our collections.
 
Yes, it is typically around 12:00 AM Pacific/3:00 AM Eastern Monday. No, they don't tell anyone what is coming out, so yes, you just have to stay up every Sunday night each week and wait until what you want comes out. It sucks not knowing, but at the same time if they told people then the competition for such popular low LE sets would be even worse than it is.
 
Yeah, you never know, but in my opinion it makes it kind of fun. All of us watching and waiting around the same time. It's a great set. It's about time they put something that nice out. We haven't had nice sets in awhile. I'm glad I don't collect princess pins though because I know everyone is gunning for them. :)
 
Ok so when it gets to 12 you just go to disneystore.com or if your already there refresh and go to new arrivals or the pin section and if they came out they should be there and if they didn't check back next week ? Does this sound about right ?
 
Be sure to remove the history and temporary internet files so you can refresh correctly. You'll need to stay up at least 45 minutes to be sure they are coming out, then do what I do, go back to bed and try to fall asleep again. You guys in CA have it easy, midnight. Here in Florida I have to get up at 3 AM and most times I wind up staying up. I'm setting my alarm this Sunday but I really believe the will come out on the 22nd with the dolls. We shall see - and the race begins:)

Margaret, I am right with you. If I get up at 2 am and get a bit wired up, I can't go back to sleep either. And then on Monday, I walk around a bit like a zombie, lol!
