Random question but does anybody know if toner doll shoes fit on limited edition dolls?

No, it was due to cancelled orders (Disney cancelled them) because some people got multiples and now Disney is changing the rules to limit it to one per household.
 
*sigh* My UK order of pink aurora says cancelled on the order page... And my pink aurora from the US is missing.. And I really really wanted that pink version over the blue. I'm so sad this whole situation is ridiculous! Apparently, even two orders can't guarantee you a LE. I think the pink is so much prettier whyyyyy is this happening :'( US site no more answers my emails on top of all!
 

I'm very sorry to hear about your situation - maybe someone on here bought both colours (and prefers blue), or an extra, that they'd be willing to sell you???



I'm disappointed that Phillip is taking so long to sell out. It makes me scared that it will mean that we definitely won't get other male dolls that they missed (Naveen/Flyn/Prince Charming, etc), or even male villains. I'm hoping they at least go back and do an Evil Queen for Snow...
 
They seem to have made most of the princesses...what will they do when they have done them all in the 17in? I'd like to see Flynn Rider but they've done Rapunzel several times...

My account shows pending and order status still shows active. Anxiously waitng for that email that says your dolls have shipped,i believe that's when they will actually take our money once they ship out if i'm not mistaken. I guess cant really claim them yet until i have them within reach and front of me :anxious:

Not if all outs that were shipped with no tracking and haven't arrived have gone missing
 

I was thinking the same...if Disney sees that the male dolls aren't selling, they will be less likely to release any more in the future.

Unfortunately, I really don't think they're going to go back and release dolls from movies that have been already done -- except maybe in cases like Frozen, where they are planning to release a new short. (I'm still hoping for a Kristoff.) But OMG, what I would give for a 17 inch Evil Queen! She is my favorite villain.
 
I'm feel sorry for that person, i saw that post on Facebook, if that happened to me, I would be so pissed.
I don't know if I'd be pissed or heartbroken. Probably both. They really should replace it for her and give her at least a gift card or something for this non-magical traumatic experience.
 
I'm hoping that even though this seems like it might have been a slight disaster of a release, all the damaged boxes, the missing Auroras, etc, that maybe Disney will step up their game a bit and pay more attention to the shipping aspect of their items. If it seems like the items are either arriving damaged or ending up missing I wouldn't think many people would trust them enough to buy one of the LE dolls
 
My aurora is damged as well.

I don't know what to do about it.

She has a tear on the box at the side that went through to the box under it.

I picked her up in store though and don't have my receipt as I believe the CM's took it. So I'm messaging disney about it.

Being in Canada though, I don't feel there is much hope
 
Has ANYONE received pink Aurora that shipped internationally? I can't believe they all went missing. I'm sure they are somewhere but where is mine If I had known I would have bought one in the european store

I don't think it's acceptable that they took off the money a week ago and yet can't say where the dolls are.
 
None of this is acceptable.
How can they "lose" such an amount of packages?
Like I said earlier - if any other shop had disney's service level, they would be out of business in no time.
 

mine hasn't arrived, as of yesterday still at work so am always hopeful on arriving home. I have sent several messages to Disney and told them I am going to be contacting them everyday until either the doll arrives or they send a working tracking number.

they will probably think I am a pest but....they shouldn't be loosing items
 

Someone wrote that she got her pink Aurora a few days ago in Germany via disneystore.com, so i don't understand why your doll takes so long...

I am trying to get Aurora on ebay right now but it's nearly impossible, on tuesday the doll was around 200$ and now it's getting to nearly 300$. I wanted to bid on one yesterday but the price just went crazy...
Starting to give up on her...
