We used to have meet ups on Saturdays in the picnic area - I was never able to make it, but they had trading/potlucks. Not sure why it stopped.

They have pins on display that are going to be released in the future, sometimes the pins stores will release a Pin Trading Night pin (it's been done in the past few), but usually all you do is trade with other traders
they are really fun. It's like a scavenger hunt when you look for pins you want !
if we get enough ppl that would like to meet up. i will help set up a place here in Bakersfield. It is right of the I-5 or Hwy 99 so it is real easy to find and right in the middle of the state so not to bad to get to from up north or down south.
I have freinds with bars... halls... and anything we could want. Plus of being the show and promtion biz. Just thought to offer to help for free if DPf needs it.
