Do you guys think disney pin forum needs an email address to get hold of them if you have a problem? I needed help as I couldn't log into my account on here I logged in but instead of logging in I made a new account I couldn't understand where my feedback had gone and my friends list then I got my friend to help me and found I set up a new account I tried messaging every single mod on here and guess what I got no messages or feedback to help me sort this problem out I think we need an email address for dpf so if we have any problems on here we know we can email some one to help us with any problems we may have with our account and a dedicated person for it to answer and help with our problems as on here the mods don't seem to want to help you out or message you with any problems they may have what do you guys think do you agree? or disagree?
 
When I first tried to register here, I failed to do so. This error page would keep loading and say I don't have access to the page, while I just clicked "complete registration" (or something along those lines). I tried to send a message through the DPF Facebook, no response there. And I tried that thrice. I tried to message the mods here, I couldn't because I was unable to register. In the end, a mod contacted me through PinTalk because another member came here and told a mod I was having issues registering.

Long story short, I do think DPF needs some active system to help people out. Be it a mail, an active Facebook page, or something else.
 
I think there are high expectations to get an immediate response from the mods (who could not help you with your issue) or the admins. Everyone has lives outside of pins.

I try not to be critical but not to realize you're creating a brand new account? That is VERY odd. You have to provide your birthday, email address, create a user name, password, etc. and you still couldn't figure out you were creating a new account and not logging into your old account (for which all you have to provide is your user name and password)?

P.S. And creating a duplicate post to which tiggermickey has responded? One minute after the first post went through. If you have a little patience and don't expect immediate results, perhaps things will be better.
 
If you want to know the reason why I didn't relise its because I had a space between the names and I didn't with the other and as for the duplicate post the website stopped working on my ipad and by the way I was patient anothe for them to get back to me which they never and what would you do if you couldn't get in on this site and never had any where else to ask for help even there facebook page doesn't respond so you would be stuck wouldn't you! What I'm saying is we should have an email address to help with any problems after all this website is to help people out! After all your new and I'm sure you will need help sometime!!!!

He said the thread went through twice, probably accidental. I'm sure he didn't mean to create two of the same threads.
 
To the opening poster, when did you PM about this? I ask as I am going through my PMs and I can not find any from you. If you like, forward me the PM you initially sent, and I can see what we can do to fix this (though it looks like your feedback is posted correctly when I look at it)

Thankyou its ok now I accidentally opend a new account instead of signing in what I'm on about is having an email address we could have if we have any problems as some of us are not on facebook it would be nice to have just the one person we could have that everyone knows that could help us with any problems because if people can't log in how are they able to get hold of some one? On here its an idea I've just thought I would put forward thanx for getting back to me Damien
