sorry for the maybe obvious question but I only recently just started looking at the PTD pins and they are so cute haha....so is there always a PTD pin available at any time whenever you order the sundae? That's what it seemed to me from checking the thread above, but looking at those rules, I'm not sure if you have to line up for a specific release only
