Also to clarify, DSSH employees do not design the pins. They tell the artists what they want and work with the designer to create the pins.
Pins released at DSSH generally have a 3 month lead time from design to pin...
I love so much that no one gives a flying rats butt about the concept or the art that goes into the pin. Its all about how, why and when we get to have it.
I think LR or OE would be better ... .Please let this be LE 5000.
Don't you mean to say 'may the odds be ever in your favor!' because if Elsa, Anna, and Sven come out in the same cycle, the madness that will ensue will make that weekend of madness (with 6-7 flips) look like a regular Hunger Games PTD release compared to this Quarter Quell of a release. It certainly will make my phone's auto-correct of PTDs to PTSD accurate, in any case! :lol:Be afraid, be very afraid...
I just hope that when it comes out, it's as pretty as the drawing. I will never endeavour to own one though. With the PTD hype that goes on lately, I don't want to be within ten miles of DSSH when it comes out!
+1. Although I share Kupo's thoughts about it being small.
I agree. I have a hard time handing over both an arm and a leg for such a tiny pin. Hopefully she's not Flynn small.
So are you guys kidding or serious about PTD's possibly coming to WDW?!?!
If it IS true I wonder how it would work. Would they release different pins on each coast or maybe increase the edition sizes and split the same pin between both coasts?

Yeah its one company that does the hard rock café pins, Disney and they also do private contracts
That makes sense actually, since I know Disney is very particular about who is allowed to even 'officially' draw a character. They have to be trained to get every aspect of the character exactly as they like it.
That might be the manufacturer, but the actual artwork and designs I would think would be done by actual employees of Disney. I could be wrong though, don't really know the entire process in detail...I just know how picky Disney can be when it comes to their character designs.
