on eBay and realize with a few days left to go that you already HAVE that pin and you put in an offer a little higher than you would like to pay cause, you know, you already kinda sorta HAVE it?

Just having one of those moments. I'll fervently wish for someone to outbid me in the meantime.

Did it all the time, but then I got extra pin pic accounts (example fluffycat1figaro) so it was easier to double check. But now pin pic has decided one account per email. Argh, that is going to hurt because I will loose all that data to help me see if I need that pin or not. Alot faster than checking out my gazillion pages of own and wants vs 2 pages of owns or wants.

See if I were smart I would check beforehand haha, I just saw it and thought it was one CM pin only to realize a day later (yes, an entire day) it was another CM pin.

You can withdraw your bid id there is more than 12 hrs left I think. It is not a great thing to do and if you do it too often Ebay won't like it, but as a last resort.

You can also try contacting the seller and ask them to cancel your bid. This happened to me only once, but a lot of the seasoned sellers are understanding in these matters.

Best of luck

This has happened to me a couple of times. I contacted the seller on one of the occasions, and they were really nice about it. They actually had another pin I wanted on a BIN, so I purchased to make up for my blunder and ease my conscious!!
