Framing Pins?

Is there a guide on how to do this? Or can someone tell me how? Can it just be a normal presized frame from a store?

Thanks

I think it just depends on how you want to frame them and the kind of pins you have. The only ones I've framed so far are my Dumbo ones and some of those have 3D elements that probably wouldn't fit very well into a frame, so I framed them in shadowboxes to make sure they've got room not to get damaged. I bought some cheap black shadow boxes from Target and had UV glass cut to the frame...so I took out the original glass and replaced it with UV protected glass. I drilled small holes with a small dremel bit into the backing board that came with the shadow box (it's a very thick board that's lined with velvety fabric) and secured the pins that way. There may be a better way to mount them inside the box, but I found that worked just fine for what I wanted...the boxes I have, the card board backing doesn't lay exactly flush against the wall so the rubber backs don't really interfere with the framing and they sit flush against the wall. There's a very tiny gap between the edges of the frame and wall, but not a noticeable one.

Honestly, though...the next set of pins I decide to frame, I may take to Micheal's or Aaron Bros. to get them custom framed. I was there actually pricing that out today.
