mine, at least, wasn't so much expertise as it was detective work. i pulled up a list of animated disney films and google image searched all the ones i thought might contain the likely scene.
like, for mine, i ruled out any movies that didn't have the level of technology for a cereal box, then searched all the ones that i remember having a scene in the kitchen, then tried to find an image showing the kitchen floor. then i just compared the pattern to the one in the clue.

so, yeah, not doing this from memory but then, mine was a LOT easier to track down than this one

but hey, maybe the other people ARE experts. i know that the first round, the person got it SUPER fast. i think they honestly just recognized it

I'm not sure anyone's gonna be able to pin this one down without a big clue. The last one from the previous round really helped narrow it down. Maybe we could get another such clue? Like, this one IS from a princess movie, or this one is from a movie without an A in the name. something like that, perhaps?
 
Okay, still thinking BatB but after trying to look at online images I think it's more likely to be from the scene after the Beast is stabbed and Belle breaks the curse (ie, right before the transformation). Image looks like it could be part of that balcony/ floor...
 
I'm guessing it's probably not BatB... but have to make one more guess from that movie. Is it the west wing? Specifically when the Beast is there, not Belle (when Belle is there the colors were more purple-ish tinged than that piece you've shown). So, scene where the Beast is in the West Wing by the rose.
 
Pocahontas when she's on the cliff spying on John Smith?
Snow White when she's lost in the forest?
Beauty and the Beast - the prison where Maurice is/ the tower where Belle is first put?

My goodness, I'm running out of ideas...
