Wow, Disney really does like to keep us guessing. I called another one of my stores and they told me the LE Anna and Elsa already came out last month... so there was a bit of back and forth with her and her manager until they told me to try back next week.

I still don't know if I want them since I haven't seen pics, but I at least enjoy the excitement

I can't see them being as nice as the first pair. Maybe I'm in for a surprise...
 
They really do like to keep us on pins and needles...as for looks I'm excited more so for these two myself because the outfits they will be wearing were my favorites in the movie
 
Such anticipation!

I phoned both stores near me, the 1st store confirmed that they will receive them on Friday (then I can ask how many they are getting) and that it was a pre-order to be released with the blu-ray/dvd. (which doesn't make any sense. Why would you be getting them in this Friday and holding them in the back until March?)

The second store I phoned said they weren't sure if they were getting any, but that they did get the memo that it was a pre-order to go with the blu-ray/dvd.

Guys that information is not correct the description actually states that the dolls are Presale/preorder to be released as part of the bluray release. Ameth are you sure that you contact did not get confused between a preorder and the actual release. It just doesn't make sense for them to release another doll so early especially since these dolls are released generally to acknowledge a special event like a bluray release or movie premier.

It is not the full description if the dolls, it is just what they are referred to at the Disney Store I'll see if I can find it and will post it on here. Just need to make sure that doing so will not result in repercussions.

Ok... So I called the 3 Disney Stores around me and this is the response that I got:

1) The main one, the most crowded and profitable one - NO DOLLS. The guy literally shouted at me.
2) Second main one = All they know is that there are LE dolls coming out, nothing else. They mentioned that the blu-ray pre-order IS on the 10th, and that the reason why many stores don't know is because Disney has been on vacation since last week, so they didn't get their info in yet.

The surprise is the third store...
Apparently, the dolls are coming out Jan. 10, not a pre-order. But here's what they said.. It's a re-release of the UK editions. The old two dolls packaged together. They are not coming out with new ones. -___-

They all told me to call them next week since they'll have more info then.

... that is if the employee knows correct info.

What ! U mean the LE 100 dolls??? And amanda autumn are u saying they are leftovers of damaged boxes, etc...? What makes u think that. I've been dying to buy that set but not if it's going to come damaged.
 

I don't know if the dolls are being released for preorder on the 10th but I do now that these are completely different dolls. Either way I just think people should at least be prepared for Jan 10 be it on the form of a release or just more info is released.

They eh may have some returned stock due to the issue with Elsa but I find it hard to believe they would do a Harrods set sale since the box does state exclusive to Harrods so wouldn't there be some infringement if Disney were to sell the doll set that was supposed to be exclusive to Harrods?

To be fair, receiving them on Friday could possibly mean that they are receiving the display dolls.
 
Now Im really confused. Ha.

I find it hard to beleive that it would be NEW dolls for SALE (maybe even preorder) without any prior pics? Im new to collecting them but every one that has come out in the past year since Ive been collecting has had major hype before them, with pictures etc.

I wish we had confirmed info with pictures either way.
 
I was told by my manager that the presale is for the DVD only and that the dolls are first come first serve and are to be in hand for distribution that day... that there is not a presale for the dolls. We shall see, but for those who do not have the funds and are counting on the presale so as to have time to save up, you may want to be prepared. I have posted a few times and while many have questioned the accuracy of my posts, they always have been right, granted, there is always a first time for them to be wrong. ) Better to be prepared rather than unprepared is my motto!!!
