The only incentive I can do since I don't think I'll reduce the cost is CHANGE one of the grand prizes. It doesn't seem like the Peter PODM helped, so I will REPLACE him with the following grand prize:





Still only two grand prizes. The first grand prize number drawn, which will be entirely separate from the main list, will get to choose between the Snow PODM and the Beauty and the Beast 25th Anniversary 4 pin set. The second grand prize winner drawn will receive the remaining grand prize.

Fair statement! I am feeling a little poor after Tessa's awesome game (I wonder if that's one of the issues) and other January activity, but it is a new month so...I'll take #19 as well please.

Changes made to original Grand Prize post. In short, the first grand prize winner will be able to choose from the BATB set, the PODM Peter, and the PODM Snow. If a PODM is chosen, then the second grand prize winner will receive the BATB set. If the first grand prize winner chooses the BATB set, then the second grand prize winner will be allowed to choose either PODM.
