The time sis doesn't grab #8 for me and it gets to be #1

Well, sis is #10, so here's hoping what I want is still there!
 
Ugh. 12th and 24th pick? So much for trying to double my odds. Do I dare hope one of my top seven picks still exist by then or should I just start hoping to get lucky and pick up the grand prize? Never plan a birthday surprise playing a game.....
 
I never know what to pick. In other games I had a plan but didn't get low enough numbers to matter so I didn't plan out my picks this time.
