Onsite RSP? Does that mean they have a ton of things left over or they have more pins to sell? I don't remember there being an onsite RSP for the leftover pins last year, because I bought a bunch of pins at the store that were leftover.
 
It was revealed at the Disney Trading Night that the last GenEARation D pin in the series is Olaf which will be sold via an RSP (basically a Pin Lottery) at the Event. There will be a sheet to fill out and submit with our Registration Packet. All other merchandise not sold via the RSP already run or returned, will be available at the Pin Store.

The Pin Store is inside the Event building (World Showplace). Any "line" would be formed in there after Event opens, per Itinerary.
