Hello!

The name's Ariel, resident of Ohio, and I have a bit of an obsession with Disney. More specifically, the Lion King. I love pins, and I am by no means an experienced collector. It's a hobby I'd like to expand. I figured bein' surrounded by all you folks, I'd might pick up a thing or two.

My favorite Disney movies are The Lion King, Brother Bear, Tangled and Oliver & Company. I shall be seeking out pins of these movies.

Honestly, I hoard Lion King merch like a dragon hoards gold. So if any of you guys could help me out, I would be beyond grateful.

Also, Star Wars is great. Technically Disney, right? I've found those pins rather hard to come by.

If someone could show me the ropes of the place, that would be lovely.

I'm so excited to be here, and I look forward to talking to you all.

Hello and welcome Ariel!! This is a great place to hang out ... lots of pin addicts, um I mean collectors! :lol: And truly all things Disney! Be sure to check out the other bulletin boards ... you'll find trading, selling, pin displays and lots of great help too! There are also boards about other collectables AND pin meets, etc.!! I noticed that TLM is not among the favourite movies you listed. If Ariel is your given name, then that sounds like there might be a story there... 😉 Did you get overdosed with mermaids as a child?
 
Like you wouldn't believe. Even worse, there was a Eric around all through elementary and middle school. You can imagine how my friends felt about that. Yikes.

I don't think there is a society exactly but you will be able to spot us around the forum, most of us have some kind of Lion King avatar or signature or something he he XD
