Hey, so the other day I brought a pre sale auction on the bay for the first pin from the POM Good Luck/Bad Luck series at Walt Disney World. At first the picture of the pin was the one released by Disney.....

However now the pin has been released the person has replaced it with a picture of the actual pin BUT there is one slight problem i've JUST noticed, the wording isn't right?! According to pinpics and the original photograph of the pin that was meant to be released the wording was meant to be like so: Good Luck - "You have the power of a sorcerer" Bad Luck - "You are still just an apprentice" BUT this is a picture of what the pin actually says...

It reads how the second pin from this series is meant to read!! Before I pay for this item I could really do with some advice from somebody who has seen this pin in person. Is this pin a scrapper/counterfeit OR is this just a major screw up on Disney's part!??!

HELP!

With my wonderful lady being 6'1" and much taller than me as well as I love sorcerer Mickey... This pin is a new must for me... LOL

I read last night on PinPics that there was this same error where they used the wording from the Dopey pin on the Fantasia pin. WOW! I can't believe they still actually released this pin with such a major error.

To be on the safe side, look at a few more auction listings from other sellers and see if they post the same.

PinPics has it listed as an error pin. The originals are still out there, but it looks like your seller is selling you the error version. Dopey's text, Mickey's image.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to pay for the error pin and now i'm just on the look out for the correct one!

Actually, i was at DTD WDW just now and alot of people are buying two of that pin, there are two different sayings and both pins are legit. Half their stock is that saying, the other half is what was advertised. They are contacting the artist now to determine if there will be two different wordings on that pin for the rest of the series...

The saying that wasn't seen in the art work is actually the saying that is meant to appear on the Dopey pin next month and I understand that to be an error? I don't believe they will make that mistake every month? If you find out though will you let me know kmorrison07? Thanks

So I went back to DTD last night to exchange my pins and the manager on duty said they took all the pins that had apparently the wrong saying in them off the shelf which half of their pins were so that basically brings the LE size to 500?? I wonder if this pin will last long, they were flying off the shelf...
