Hawthorne Village Lighted NBC and Munsters Houses, and Jack himself

Hi guys, I have 2 Hawthorne Village lighted houses that I thought I would post for sale here before trying to sell on ebay. One is Jack's House and the other is the Musters's home, 1313 Mockingbird Lane. Both come with their light cords and 1313 Mockingbird Lane comes with a little Herman Munster figure. Both still have their certificates of authenticity and are in their original styrofoam packaging. These were my Dad's but he got too sick to use them and I don't have much need to hang on to them now. Hopefully someone would like to have them. I have no idea as far as price goes, I know he did pay a little for them though, so maybe $40 for Jack and $30 for Mockingbird Lane, plus shipping. Or, if you buy both you can have them for $60 plus shipping.

I'm also trying to sell his Nightmare Before Christmas Jack statue. It was part of the 2 disc DVD ultimate collectors set. We have the DVD and it's our only copy so we're keeping that, but the statue itself is going, along with its certificate of authenticity and the code for the digital copy (so technically I guess you still get a copy of the movie ). Also, I did a little snooping around on this and I guess it was supposed to have come with a santa beard or something. This does not have that. The only things I have are the box, the statue (which has never been taken out of the box), the code for the digital copy, and the certificate of authenticity. If you're interested, please PM me cuz I have no idea what I should be selling this thing for

Thats cool...I have been wanting just that statue as I have the movie already..for pricing I have no clue..have you tried Ebay just looking that up?

He is pretty cute. I have checked ebay, but the only one I found was a fully complete set, bust, movie, and the Sandy Claws beard, for like $200 BIN. But again, that's complete, and frankly sounds overpriced to me anyway. I was kinda thinking more in the range of $50 or $75, so possibly split the difference and say like $60. I just can't keep it around anymore. I miss my Dad...and we're getting ready to move anyway and there's no point in bringing all this stuff with me if it's just going to sit in a closet.
