I'm going to DLR this weekend- and I would love to trade for a few specific pins! As some of you may know, I'm not really allowed to send many more packages out anymore, due to my parents concerns- my Christmas is July package may be the last one sent out for quite a while- so I would love to try to get some good trades in while I'm there. Here are a few pins that I would love to trade for- not sure about the pinpics info though...

More obtainable:

Window to the Magic Jack Skellington Pin
The Ariel Perfume Bottle
Any Nicer Ariel Pins
Any NBC pins featuring the Vampire Teddy? :3
IASW Pins?

Harder..... (Maybe with my nonexistent luck I could get these... lol) :

Pretty much any Frozen pins.... Especially the sorcerer hat collection which I know just about impossible for me- or possibly even the Opening Day pin! O-O
Maybe my dream: an Ariel PODM? *shock*
Possibly any Ariel LE pins? Nah, I'm dreaming. :)
The Ariel Clamshell Set.....? Maybe.

Also, do you guys have any suggestions as to where I should eat? (My mom and dad are both vegetarians, so finding food is kinda hard in Disney parks... I'm okay with meat though!) We're only going for two days!

So, anyways, if you are going to be in DCA on Saturday or DLR on Sunday, I would love to trade for ANY of these pins! I could try to tempt you with my tiny weeny collection that is probably findable on pinpics- I'm also "Snowie" on there- or I could offer whatever traders I obtain during my trip or didn't list on there. So anyways, happy trading, and hope to see y'all soon at DLR! :)

For DCA, at the wharf - the breadbowl place has a vegetarian chili and they might have a no-meat salad (but you'd have to double check). Near the Mediterranean place - the Boardwalk cafeteria place - they have a raspberry pecan salad that's good (and for you, they have pasta and pizza).

At DLR, the French Market has caesar salad (but I'm not sure if it has chicken) but around the New Orleans area - there is a bread bowl place too (which might have a vegetarian gumbo) and by the rafts to Tom Sawyer island, there is a baked potato place that probably has a vegetarian option.

They have vegetarian Bread bowls in DLR With jumbalya or gumbo..and there's obviously a meat option too.

My boyfriend is vegetarian too so when i was working there i got to try alot of the vegetarian foods to see if it was somthing he would like. most places have at least 1 dish vegetarian unless you stop at the quick and easy spots. (like the carts or hamburger places) and this goes for both dca and dlr...though i think DCA has much better food as a whole.

The French quarter has kind of a pick your own meal all you can eat kind of set up when you walk around and pick like so many things from the list and they give it to you from the food bar....ITS GREAT THOUGH.

Good luck!!!!!!!
Thanks- I would just love it to get some of those trades in- even one would be delightful! :)

Ooh- those do sound nice! I'm happy to hear that DLR and DCA are starting to get more vegetarian friendly- I'll ask my parents to see if they would want to try any of the foods listed! :)

Really? I didn't know that each place had vegetarian options- that's really wonderful! It'll be much easier to find meals~ :) And the food bar place sounds terrific too- I don't think I've ever been there- I will attempt to try it out when we go this weekend~ :)

And also, a BUMP for pin trades- I would love to at least trade for the Ariel Perfume bottle- that would really make my day! ;)

Fellow vegetarian DLR-goer. :) Two of my favorite meals there are the Jolly Holiday Special (grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque) at the Jolly Holiday restaurant on Main Street, and the Portobello Mushroom Philly (It's basically a Philly chesesteak with mushrooms instead of steak) at Award Weiners in the Hollywood Backlot area of DCA. Most pastas, salads, and side dishes throughout the park can be made vegetarian by asking for no meat or gravy (unless it's already mixed in). They're really good about accommodating requests.

Flo's V-8 Cafe in Cars Land also has a veggie casserole that's a pretty good vegetarian meal; I can't eat it because it's always too peppery for me, but if you like spice then it's a good option.

Those two meals sound really nice- I'm sure my parents would agree- I'll definitely take them there! :) Also, my mother loves anything that has any spice to it, so she'll definitely love the casserole (hopefully)~ :) Thanks for the suggestions!

Also, another BUMP, as I'm almost to the trip- I made this thread a little late, as I just recently came back from a backpacking trip at Philmont Scout Ranch- so I'm desperately looking for trades! :D

Quick bump for tomorrow's busy disneyland trip! Added a few pins I would want to trade for..... I just mostly want the NBC Window to the Magic and the Ariel Eau du Magique pins.... >~<

Wine Country Trattoria in DCA has a delicious caprese salad and you can pair that with "pasta your way" mmmmmm i love it!

That sounds really nice- however, we're probably not going to make it there until noon by the latest tomorrow, so there won't be that much time to spare, unfortunately... :( I'll try to fit it in the schedule, though!

And yet another midnight BUMP in hopes for at least one trade for tomorrow! Or pin aquisition! :)
