[IM I cannot seem to find this pin. I have found many just like it but they say silver or a different kind of gold back.

This is the smooth gold back you expect from japan as well as the front style.

I am sorry I have never seen this pin before. But I can see why and how so many Mickey pins may look similar to this one; I believe I have seen variations of it but not like the exact one in your picture. Best of luck I hope u find it :)
