Okay, so I usually am pretty good with helping people find pins on Pinpics that they themselves cannot locate, but this pin has me stumped!! Any help is appreciated. It says Walt Disney Productions on the back and is done in gold. Mickey himself is a pin on pin.

(I'm actually going to start a thread to try to identify one too...got it off a lanyard and can't find it anywhere)
