It's a penguin! That would've made it so much easier. I kept searching for a parrot or the very generic "purple dress" and couldn't find it. Thanks!

I knew it was from Club Penguin so that's what I looked up. Only reason I know is I saw a similar pin and asked a CM and they said "Club Penguin" - some Disney Channel show, I guess.
