Help With eBay/Pay Pal Dispute Please
I purchased a few pins from a reputable eBay seller a few weeks ago and the seller shipped out the pins the very next day. However when I track the package, it still says its being "processed at the original sorting facility". Pins that I purchased from other sellers at a later date have already arrived so I was getting worried.
I messaged the seller who was very nice about the whole thing and suggested that I set up a claim on eBay in case the package was lost through USPS so we can have protection as buyer/seller.
Has anyone here ever have to open a dispute or claim on eBay/Paypal before? What happens now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this has never happened to me before and I am at a lost of what to do.
