I am sorry if they are not the best quality but these are half of the pins they have released so far. I have no seen more than 3-4 people with lanyards on in the parks ( have a park pass and go every weekend). They have the same trading setup as Disney does. The employees ( boring compared to Cast Member) are required to trade with you. I was thinking about buying 20 of the cheapest pin and then trading with the employees since they all have on 1 of each pin almost.

After looking at these the quality is crap. This Saturday morning we will be back there so I will take better pictures!!!

Thanks for posting. I am going in 2 weeks with my kids and look forward to picking up a couple.

Yes Hershey Pa! Sweetest Place on earth! It is tourist season and living in the town is always fun during the summer. The park is great and I am slowly warming up to SOME of the pins and their designs.

@ Pixie - From Nashville TN it is about a 12 hour hike up to us BUT that is the normal radius of visitors. I would suggest a weekend trip and staying about 10-15 minutes from Hershey unless you like/do not mind paying $200 per night for a room.

If you want to really visit Hersheypark correctly I would going to the park for 2 days BUT they have this nice option where if the park is open until 10pm you can "preview" the park the day before.

So if you arrive on a Friday at the park you can go buy a ticket for Saturday and then exactly at 7pm you can get in for 3 hours and then the entire day on Saturday.

I would suggest during the preview hours you hit all the big roller coasters and then on the full day there you go to the "Boardwalk" ( water park) and then do the rest of the park.

Also bring your walking shoes! Hersheypark is full of hills and inclines. It makes good for a nice workout!

From Nashville it is actually a little closer to drive to Disney World. For that long of a drive so much more at the World.

wow! thanks for the info!!! We are likely moving to Tellico plains. about an hour away from Maryville at first. The plan is Chattenooga once we settle in hopefully. its a drive. But we could definatly make hershey park a once a year visit, alternate between WDW that way. hmmm... I like this, I must start putting down my plans.:hsd:

I had the pleasure of visiting Hershey many years ago - I liked that the street light covers were in the shape of Hershey Kisses - most were silver with the little slip of paper, but every once in a while there was a brown one :)
I was told that in the summertime, the smell from the factory is so overwelming that you can gain 10 lbs just by taking a deep breath

Hershey Park is great grew up going there all the time. When kids were small had season passes yes it does have hills and inclines but great coasters.

We have since grown and moved away from the park so am not as close not as big as Disney but just as nice, they even have a chocolate factory tour not the actual factory but similar to it and lots of goodies at the end YUM the smell of chocolate, makes me hungry. LOL

Thanks for the pics of the pins! Sadly, I didn't see anything that I was hoping for... Among the other half of released pins were there any generic Hershey Bar or Hershey Kisses pins?

Yes I think so.

We have a graduation party at the park on Saturday morning so I will be there and I will take better pictures of them!
