Hidden Mickey Pins- Need more info!

Are Hidden Mickey Pins valuable in any way? Do they become valuable?

Some hidden mickey pins are more valuable than others. Also, at certain times, some may be more valuable than others. For instance, this month, we are expexcting these pins to be released:

They will be very valuable for the rest of the Summer, and probably til mid October. Gradually, their walue goes down, but they still are a lot of fun to look for!

i think older hidden mickey pin lose their value because they tend to be scrapped or counterfeited

I think only the old lanyard pins are in high $$$ but even they have lost value over a year or so.

It all depends on need or want and availability. When Hop Low first came out he was VERY cute and VERY scarce and apparently sold on ebay for $50 a pop. Then, a few months later, his price dropped to the $2-$5 range.

So just to clarify, if I was trying to sell my hidden mickey cast lanyard pins in sets they wouldn't be worth much?
