How Do I Pre-Order a Pin?

So there are two pins that I want that are LE and I want to pre-order them to make sure I get one. Do I pre-order from the disneypins.com site, or is there somewhere else I need to go? Or do I just wait until they are released and hope I can snag one on the Disney Store website? I hope this is the right forum to ask this in (gosh, I am such a newbie).

I'd say go to the bottom of the page in disneyshop.com and choose contact us and ask them. Hopefully you can pre order... good luck!

I don't believe the Piece of Movie history pins are sold online at DS.com at all, I think they are park only releases. Not sure about the other pin. There's no real way to pre-order pins, not for the Parks or for DS.com.

Ok, I guess I'll just have to find another way to get them. There's always the forums and Ebay.

You can also try making friends with people on DPF that go to the parks pretty frequently and see if they can get them for you!

I would go with calveezy's suggestion or purchase from a trusted ebay seller. Also, if you contact Disney mail order you have to wait a month after an LE pin is released for them to ship it to you. Good Luck! This happens to all of us!

There are a few dpf people that offer to buy pins at cost when they go to the parks. Post under the for sale/wanted thread and see if someone will pick them up for you when they are released. They will probably ask for payment in advance for the pins,tax,and shipping. Or you can make a trade with them.
