how many points do I need to start posting?

Hi guys, I'm completely new, and just want to know how many points or time do I need for me to start posting my own posts?

Looks like you can start immediately, except in the Marketplace. I looked at their rules and it looks like if you want to create a new post/thread, you need to be here for a # of days and have a # of posts.
