So I know I saw something along these lines posted early last week but I couldn’t find it So I just decided to make my own thread.

While My collection is not large by any stretch of the word it is slowly but surely growing and the more I get the more I now think about proper display/ storage. What I would love to have is a binder or one of those nifty bags to put them in, but whenever I’ve looked on various places of reference and purchase I’m either A. Not to thrilled by the style or B. Not to thrilled about the price. What I would love is a Halloween themed bag, bug I haven’t been able to find it and the next best thing, haunted Mansion, would set me back easily 70 dollars on the Bay.

Now my current plan is to buy a decent zip up binder at my local staples and order a packet of those pin display pages and doing that until I get to the park (this time next year) and buy a bag. What I’d like to do is ask everyone there opinion. Is this plan as good as any other, should I pony up the money for something Disney official off the bay site, or is there a better solution I don’t know about?

There are many ways to display/store your pins. The ones that come to mind are 1) Cork-boards-People like to display their collection on cork board. I personally have never used cork board before but I can imagine how creative you can get. Since you mentioned you would like a Halloween themed bag, it would be super easy to decorate your cork board with a Halloween theme. You can make your background Halloween themed or add Halloween design elements or you can leave it plain as well. It sounds very versatile. Another way that I had never thought of before until I came to this forum is 2) Framing-You can arrange your beloved pins within a frame. You can also create themes within your frame as well! A fellow member Constance has made some pretty nice ones if I may say so. You can arrange them how you see fit. Maybe make a template. This is just an example going with Halloween theme, but say you can get an purple paper or what have you and cut a bat shape out and put over a black sheet of paper and you can fit your pins within the black space that is within the bat shape. (Sorry if my explanation is confusing and I am not sure if paper is the way to go for I have never framed either. ><). This is just an example mind you. 3) Binders-There are many ways you can go about this. I have seen people use baseball card sheets as their pages. One filler I have admired and inquired broncobilly83 about was the Felt Pin Page Refills that you can find at the theme parks. They are 8.95+tax for a pack of 5. The way I personally store my pins are 4)Pin Bags-I find these to be the easiest option for me when it comes to travel and storage. Although the only pin bags that I enjoy are really the older ones with the cloth pages and not the newer pin bags with the different pages. These sure can get costly, but they do last you a long time. Plus there are so many options. It would be nice if they had blank covers so you can personalize them! Those are the few options that come to mind. I've seen so many different ways to store pins, the possibilities are endless! Hopefully this helped and please share what you decide to do. I'm sure others would love to see what you have come up with and would like to see your collection. :)

You COULD just get a plain black bag and customize it yourself? :0

IDK if that's helpful at all ^^;

That is what I did. I purchased several reasonably priced pin bags on Ebay, mine were red, purple and black. Then, I purchased several princess and Tinker Bell patches from JoAnn Fabrics and customized them depending on the princess.

I had never seen actual Disney pin bags until recently to compare the quality of my bags. Well, granted Disney bags are way better, but mine are not too bad and they do the trick for me.

I also heard that Hard Rock Cafe has pin bags but never checked it out myself. I had seen pin bags on ds.com last year, looks like they are gone now.
