So, I'm a bit stuck. I have an LE pin set that I'm breaking up to sell individual pins from, but I have no idea how to fairly price them for both the buyers and myself. I usually look to ebay sold listings, but this particular set has very few of the pins sold, and the ones that have sold are the less popular from the set which makes valuing the more wanted pins hard. A few others from the set have BIN prices listed (one for over a hundred dollars, which I feel is way overpriced) but they've been sitting there for awhile.

I don't want to rip off my buyers or discourage them from buying if the price is too high, but I don't want to also lose out on value by pricing them too low.

Basically what I'm asking is, how do you usually figure out a pin's value if it doesn't have sales to set the value against?

You can always search on here for the last ones sold too :3

I guess the best bet sometimes is price it a little high, what youj feel is right, then if no one bites lower it or offer a best offer :3

I guess that if someone buys it, it's fair pricing. As simple as that...

Elaborating: you can try to see the price for similar pins or check if someone has sold it already (or not sold, it means the price was too high obviously), and then decide...

What set is it? I've always been a fan of the reverse auction pricing. Start high, and state that you'll drop it $10 or whatever, every day, until it sells. Then just lower the price on the bump each day.

Whenever I have sold pins on ebay I always start them at the price I would not be heartbroken over and let the market decide.
