How to retrieve season passholder pins?

I noticed that disney has been releasing pins for season passholders only. If you are a season passholder, how do you retrieve these pins? Do you get them free? Do you buy them? Do you pay for them? Any answers would be great, thanks!

You purchase Annual Passholder pins just like any other pin at the parks but need to show them your AP (and ID) at the time of purchase.

The Annual Passholder pins are often released quarterly and usually create a pin puzzle. They are a problem to collect, if you don't visit WDW or DLR quarterly. Also not all pin stores sell them nor are they always on display. You need to ask the CMs at the regular pin outlets, like Pin Traders, Little Green Men pin store, Frontierland pin store, and World of Disney in DLR.

If you're in WDW looking for the AP pins, I always find that the Contemporary Resort gift shop is a good place to find them!

Another store that had a good range was Island Merchantile in AK , they had AP booster sets from the last two years still there when I last went , thanks to a fellow DPF member I was able to get them (thanks WDWNorm ) sadly that was a while ago though .
