i love to see how people put their pins in displays and trader bags. i'm wondering, how do you keep track of all your pins? first thing that comes to mind would be to catalog them in a spread sheet format. anyone have any other ideas? also, what do you do about your more expensive pins? display them? put them away for safe keeping? does anyone have them insured in case of loss (fire) or theft or do you just rely on your home owners insurance to cover them.

I have my collection either on a cork board or in frames. I catalog them with my pinpics account.

Traders are in pin trading bags. ;)

I don't have any of my collector's items insured. I need to look into that with regards to my homeowner's insurance though. I also need to catalog the pins.

Ive got them listed on Pinpics, but I also have a spreadsheet, so I can list other particulars, like what they cost me, dangerous really, LOL, because it gets rather shocking when you see the total at the bottom!!

Storage wise, Ive got boxes, bags, frames, and lanyards hanging up.
