How was pin trading at Disneyland tonight

It was fun. I sat at a table with two pin traders that had invited me to join them. Thank you B&B for the invitation. It was fun sitting at the table with you both and watching you trade. You two are the BEST. There aren't words to express my gratitude for having meet you both, and becoming friends.

The temp. in the ball room was actually decent for a change. There were more pin boards then I remember. I thought the Tiki Room pins were very nice. Saw a few others I liked too.

I saw lots of faces of PT's I recognized, which was nice, and got to talk with a few who I know, appreciate, respect and admire.

The icing on the cake...I was able to get 2 of my HG's, plus, I got my Name Badge from Romancing_train (thanks again!).

I saw a quite a few of my HG's in PT's books, alas, I didn't have anything they wanted, which is always a disappointment. But, I have come to learn, patience is a virtue, and they will come to me when I least expect it.

I heard talk about Trader Sam's, but didn't inquire what that was...now that I know, I am sorry I missed out. Maybe next time!

It was really good got to see some of my good friends. Got some GREAT trades and found out I have a secret admirer lol
 
I got there late because I got stuck on "It's A Small World" for 40 minutes!!! I have to say as my first experience at a PTN when I walked in the door I was in shock. I have never seen so many people in one room before. I actually got a little nervous cause I didn't know what to do. Luckily I found Connie and felt more comfortable. It was great seeing Marisa again and meeting Romancing_Train for the first time. I did do one trade with a little girl and I got a Chip pin but now that I look at it I think she gave me a scrapper. Yeah first experience was okay. Hopefully I'll have more items for trade when the May one comes around.
 
Nice haul Nathan! And I had fun! Trading was a bit touch and go, but I did find some good trades (more than my girlfriend, but she still had fun). I also had fun at Trader Sams, and a big thank you to the people who joined us. We had to leave abruptly, and I wish I could have stayed to visit with some more people, but hopefully we can stay longer if we gather again.
