How was pin trading at DSF ?

I was wondering the same thing, did anybody make any good trades or was all your time spent in line to purchase pins? I think I saw on here that some DPFers won some of the raffles...

Trading at the DSF events isn't what it's hyped up to be in my opinion. It's really dark and cramped because it's in the theatre lobby. This time they made a little bit more space and they opened the upstairs area for trading but it always seems like everyone is more socializing and checking there pins than trading. I've been to 4 of these and I've traded for one pin out of the events I've been to. The raffles are always great and they always raffle something to go with theme of the event (at the pixar release in July they raffles older Pixar pins and a couple of marquees, at the NBC events they always raffle NBC pins and at this one they raffled off Beloved Tales) and they always raffle tickets to the next premiere at the El Capitan theatre.

I went to the one in February and spent quite a bit of time in line to get the Jessica PTD and did the LE barrel thing, didnt do any trading or win any of the raffles, but still had fun. I'd go to more if they didnt start them at 6:30am, I am definitely not a morning person, even for pins.
