I apologise and I learned a lesson.
I was bored yesterday, so I went wandering through the forum reading all kinds of posts, a few I commented on but most I just read. Then I came across one about a pin trade gone wrong, I go into details im not here to stir the pot or cause more problems, I just wanted to say, I read the whole issue about the trade and a few of the posts in reply, the person who posted it after all was looking for advice so I decided to write how I felt about the situation, I stopped reading others comments and scrolled down to write mine, I had not realized the other party had seen the post and replied with thier side of the story, because if I had my response would not have been what I wrote. I went back to the post to see if anymore comments had been made and thats when I discovered this. I went to put in my comment apologising that I had not seen the other side of the story but it was too late a Mod had closed it for investigation. But I just want to make sure I get this apology out there.
I apologise to Laz because I did not read everything in the post and posted my advice practically under your reply, My advice is what I feel to be correct if it was a finalized trade, and thats what I thought it was, in your case my advice would have not been what I wrote at all, and But I still believe 100% about what I wrote about it being fun, and this is not directed to you, this is just my feelings about pin trading, it should be fun and it's us the collector who makes it fun, all of us have pins each of us wants, and in the end they are just pins, but we are people, and I think that is the best part of trading meeting the person I am trading with, either through e-mails or in person you get to make a new friend, meeting people having conversations that is the best part, we shouldn't be hurting each others feeling over pins,I hate seeing these posts from unhappy traders, lets have fun, I like this forum I feel a bit closer to each of you and the next time im at DL I hope to run into some of you.
And my lesson learned, insert foot into mouth, read everything before I post a comment im so embarrased, again im sorry (cheeks glowing red)
