i Bought it in an antique shop and it looked like it had'nt been touched in years i don't know if it is a reproduction but i have not been able to identify it on google , any help would be nice.

Wow, that's exactly what I envisioned the back to be. That's a really cool find. At first I was wondering if it was from Cohn & Rosenberger, who did early pins, but that listing points to being made in France. If you find out more definitely let us know. Cool piece of history.
