I have had this Dumbo pin for quite a few months now and I always keep checking back on the PinPics to see if anyone has posted it up yet but it still hasnt...does anyone know why? Please help me out! I would like to put this in my own's list. Thank you for your help in advance.

It looks like it's for the 5th anniversary of Hong Kong Disneyland. Since they don't announce their releases like WDW, DL and DLP do through odpt.com their pins, their pins aren't regularly added. Same thing goes for Japan pins. There are probably a couple people sitting around hoping for someone to add the pin to the database. So you might have to add the pin yourself.
 
Hopemax is correct. I sometimes get to add new Figaro's from Japan to Pin Pics because no one else has.
