If you don't even know you are missing a pin, is it still lost?

So I recently redecorated a spare bedroom in our house. This allowed me to put out some Disneyana that I've had packed away for years. I was going through my popcorn buckets, putting them in the kitchen, when I found a surprise inside my Disneyland Princess Happy Birthday bucket (who remembers those?). All the little things that came in the bucket were still there, including this, still on card and sealed in it's plastic!

I'm obsessive about my Pinpics and my pins, so I'm not sure how this one got away from me. Now to put it in my book next to the Sorcerer Mickey one.
